Dawn Stump

Dawn Stump is an experienced professional with a robust background in customer success and account management. Currently serving as Projects BDM at KCS Education since May 2023, Dawn previously held the position of Customer Success Consultant at Software of Excellence from June 2020 to May 2023. Dawn also worked at Pineapple Contracts, a customized furniture manufacturer and retailer, where roles included Customer Account Manager and Customer Care Executive from September 2015 to April 2020. Additional experience includes serving as Customer Account Director at Communic8 Designs Limited and as Account Manager at Yeomans from 2011 to 2013. Dawn is an alumna of Tonbridge Grammar School for Girls.
