Kevin Johnson, founder of the KD Johnson Group is the creator of The Breakthrough Execution Program.

A digital execution system designed to help successful, ambitious founders and business owners achieve breakthrough goals faster and smarter.

This is not coaching.
This is not consulting.
We do not provide advice, recommendations or pre-packaged solutions.

Instead, we provide a disciplined execution system that enables founders to help themselves.

Every founder defines their own breakthrough goal.
Every founder makes their own decisions.
Every founder remains responsible for their own outcomes.

The Breakthrough Execution Program combines daily execution routines, self-assessments, behavioural measurement, hyper-personalised data and AI-generated insights to create a unique execution dataset for every founder.

Using the Daily ROCK methodology, founders continuously identify and measure the risks they need to eliminate, the opportunities they need to capture, the capabilities they need to maximise and the challenges they need to master.

As the data compounds, behavioural patterns become visible. Blind spots emerge. Friction is identified. What works becomes clearer. What doesn't becomes harder to ignore.

The result is greater clarity, stronger execution, better decision-making and measurable progress towards meaningful breakthrough goals.

Progress is measured by outcomes, not activity.
Success is determined by execution, not intention.
