土橋孝充

孝充 土橋 entered KDDI Corporation as a new graduate in 2012 and has dedicated many years to system development within the information systems and service development sectors. They played a significant role as an engineering manager during the early days of establishing the agile development organization at KDDI. In 2022, they transitioned to the human resources domain, where they currently serve as CHRO and Head of HR, focusing on recruitment, organizational development, and training program formulation. They earned a degree in information engineering from Hiroshima City University from 1994 to 1998.
