Mikhail Somov

Mikhail Somov has extensive work experience in information technology. Mikhail started their career in 2009 as an Engineer at Gazprom, where they worked until 2011. From 2011 to 2013, they served as a System Administrator for information systems at Svod International. Mikhail then joined OAO "Центр "Омега"" as a System Administrator, where they were responsible for launching and maintaining hotel systems. In 2014, they became a Leading IT Specialist at AccorHotels, where they supported and ensured the smooth functioning of various IT infrastructure components.

In 2015, Mikhail worked as a Developer at KDE, contributing to the development of KDE software. Their most recent role was as the Head of Information Technology RosaSkiInn at Роза Хутор starting from March 2017.

Mikhail Somov attended Saint Petersburg University of Telecommunications from 2000 to 2005, where they obtained a Master's degree in Multichannel Telecommunication Systems. Prior to that, from 1997 to 1999, they attended Voenno-Morskoy Institut Radiyelektroniki imeni A. S. Popova, specializing in mathematical support of automated control systems. Currently, Mikhail has an additional certification in Try Git from Code School, but the date of obtaining this certification is unknown.
