Lynette Kramer is an accomplished instructional designer and eLearning developer with extensive experience in customer education and training across various industries. Currently serving as the Company Owner of KDG InterActive since January 2003, Lynette has worked with notable clients such as Abbott, Microsoft, and McDonald's. Additionally, Lynette has held leadership roles at Align Technology, Boston Scientific, and Medtronic, focusing on product training and team management. Noteworthy projects include developing eLearning modules for Microsoft’s diversity training and various product training initiatives across multiple organizations. Lynette holds two Bachelor of Science degrees from the University of Minnesota.
