KDL Law is a niche law practice assisting Landlords and Management Companies in resolution of disputes and advice on matters arising in the management residential leasehold property. Much of the work undertaken is at no or minimal cost to our clients.

The work undertake includes 
-  Recovery of unpaid rent and other charges relating to let or managed property;
-  Resolution of other non monetary breaches including unlawful alterations, unlawful use or subletting;
-  Recovery of possession from unwanted tenants and squatters; and
-  Advice on all matters affecting the effective management of residential property.

The dispute resolution work is generally undertaken at no cost to our clients with the defaulting opponent paying our fees.

The legal team at KDL Law is led by Kevin Lever, a Solicitor and formerly the Head of the Leasehold Enforcement Team at a Top 100 City and Regional Law Firm. Kevin has over 28 years experience in residential property and an excellent reputation in the residential property management sector.  The team also consists of senior lawyers with a vast amount of experience in this specialist area of the law.  The team is further assisted by specialist trained paralegals and support staff.
