KDR Homes is a Manitoba-based luxury Custom Home Builder that has been creating beautiful, functional, distinctive homes for over twenty-four years. Rooted in the values behind our name — Knowledge, Design, Reliability — we deliver a complete design-build experience that brings architecture, interior design, and construction together under one roof.

Founded by President Diego Vassallo, KDR is built on decades of hands-on construction expertise. Diego uses his wealth of knowledge and more than thirty-seven years of experience in the construction industry to lead his team to guide clients through a thoughtful, collaborative process — turning their visions into reality while setting the foundation for the design-forward approach our company is recognized for today. This vision is supported by dedicated sales, in-house design, and project management teams that work closely with clients to bring their lifestyle, family traditions, ideas, and personal tastes to life (the “WOW” factor), ensuring every home is beautiful, functional, and distinctive.

Our portfolio spans custom homes, estate properties, modern infill builds, cottage and lakefront homes, whole-home renovations, additions, and select commercial projects. We build throughout Winnipeg and across Manitoba, from established neighbourhoods like Tuxedo to growing communities such as Forest Grove Estates, Prairie Pointe, Highland Pointe, Prairie View Lakes, and surrounding communities and cottage regions (Whiteshell).

At every stage, our team is committed to communication, collaboration, and exceptional craftsmanship. Whether you’re building new or transforming an existing space, we strive to exceed expectations on quality, functionality, and style.

Beautiful. Functional. Distinctive.
The KDR signature.
