Kea Consultants is an executive search firm providing tailor made solutions for hiring and developing undergraduates and young professionals for the finance sector, and identifying exceptional individuals for senior roles in high-growth companies.
Our services are based around the belief that your junior talent is your future talent. Hiring junior resource is just as critical as hiring senior members of a team. That's why our mandates are executed with the same level of detail and depth, with particular attention paid to providing comprehensive coverage of the market.
Through a range of innovative methods, we build an extensive network within the graduate and analyst space. We know the top tier people and thoroughly screen them regardless of whether they are part of an active mandate. This ensures we know the best candidates and data points such as ranking, internal structures and compensation, enabling us to be truly consultative in our approach.
Hiring is only the start of building a strong team. Training and development are also essential. To meet these needs, we offer a variety of training courses to provide support with everything from getting the job to improving performance or reaching the next level of career development. Our courses span both the technical and softer skills needed in the finance industry.
We work with firms across the financial markets, including: private equity and hedge funds, growth and venture capital funds. Our service ranges from helping them think strategically about hiring, to building teams in London and Europe and offering insight into the junior market.
We also provide a specialist service to help high growth companies in sectors such as technology, media and consumer/retail to find and attract talented, entrepreneurial professionals. Our team focuses on identifying high calibre candidates for the C-suite (CFO and COO) and for roles within business development, strategy, operations and finance.
