Alan Soltani

Alan Soltani is a Principal in the Private Equity practice at Kearney, where expertise includes buy-side and sell-side commercial and operational due diligence, as well as post-acquisition value creation across various sectors such as infrastructure and industrials. Previous experience includes roles as Senior Consultant at Concentra Analytics, where Alan led internal due diligence for a significant growth equity raise and provided analytics services to top-tier companies, and a brief stint as a Chef-Stagiaire at the Michelin-starred restaurant City Social. Alan's earlier career includes positions at Ernst & Young, Detica, and Harrods, complemented by a Master of Science in Physics from Imperial College London.
