Andre Nepgen

Andre Nepgen is a seasoned Defence and Aerospace R&D, Technology, and Strategy Consultant, currently steering strategy and innovation at Kearney as a Senior Advisor. They have previously served as an Executive Director at CSIR, where they conceptualized and managed significant national capabilities. With a strong focus on fostering industry collaborations and driving R&D initiatives, Andre has also been involved as an Independent Consultant and in various advisory roles in high-tech companies. They are engaged in multiple certificate programs, further honing their expertise in business strategy, quantitative finance, international marketing, and technology management.
