Andrew Walberer

Andrew Walberer is a Partner at Kearney, with extensive experience in global transformation programs, business strategy development, and M&A integration since joining the firm in 2000. Notable client engagements include shaping profitability improvements for a global specialty materials company and leading procurement transformations for a major chemicals corporation. Prior to Kearney, Andrew worked as an Engineer at Amerigon, where development focused on electric vehicle powertrains, and briefly interned at 3M, contributing to healthcare material innovations. Andrew holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a BSE in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
