Ava Scheininger

Ava Scheininger is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in growth strategy and corporate transformation across various industries. Currently serving as a Principal at Kearney since September 2025, Ava's previous roles include Vice President of Growth Strategy & Transformation at Dorilton, where responsibilities included managing a multimillion dollar P&L for Williams Racing and developing commercial strategies. Prior to that, as Director of Growth & Corporate Strategy at Accenture, Ava designed impactful market entry strategies that resulted in over $12 million in annual sales. Previous roles also include significant leadership positions at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, overseeing a $25 million budget, and Accenture, where Ava contributed to corporate planning and business transformation efforts. Ava holds an MBA from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Entrepreneurship & Management from The Johns Hopkins University.
