Bethan Fox

Bethan Fox is a seasoned management consultant with over a decade of experience at Kearney, where current responsibilities focus on global diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies. Prior roles at Kearney include leading corporate strategy engagements and managing analytical teams. Before joining Kearney, Bethan served as Head of Policy at Micropower Europe, advocating for renewable energy standards, and contributed as an Energy Analyst at the European Commission, where critical legislation on energy infrastructure was developed. Additional experience includes sustainability consulting at The Scottish Parliament and a role as a Renewable Energy Consultant at E.ON. Academic credentials include an MSc (Distinction) in Sustainable Energy Systems from The University of Edinburgh and a BSc (Honours) in Natural Sciences from Durham University.
