Bob Willen

Bob Willen currently serves as Managing Partner and Chairman at Kearney since April 2024, after a long tenure at the firm beginning in 1995, where key roles included Partner and Managing Director for the Middle East and Africa Region. Willen's earlier career included a position as Aerospace Engineer at General Dynamics Space Systems from 1989 to 1993. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Physics from the University of Virginia.
