Caroline Queen

Caroline Queen is a Manager at Kearney since September 2021, where previously served as an Associate. Prior experience includes Interim Program Manager at Girls on the Run of the Triangle and an MBA Candidate at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, concentrating in Strategy. Caroline also held positions as Summer Associate at Kearney and various roles at Marriott International, including Program Manager and Senior Program Specialist at The Ritz-Carlton Leadership Center, and worked in Meetings and Special Events at The Ritz-Carlton in Washington, D.C. As a former Olympian and National Team Athlete for the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee, Caroline was a member of the US Olympic Team in 2012 and a two-time US Senior National Champion. Caroline holds an MBA from Duke University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a minor in Communication Studies, graduating Cum Laude from Davidson College.
