Dan Gresham

Dan Gresham is an accomplished professional specializing in team coaching, leadership development, and culture change. They currently serve as a Fellow at the RSA, contributing to the organization’s ‘Design for Life’ mission, and as the Owner and Director of Dan Gresham Consulting, where they provide executive coaching and facilitate transformative forums for organizational change. As the Director of Global Learning at Kearney, Dan leads the development of innovative global talent programs for approximately 1,500 emerging leaders worldwide. Previously, Dan held a senior role at PwC, where they built an in-house organization development team and worked closely with business leaders to drive effective change and cultural transformation. Dan earned a B.Sc. (Hons) in Information Systems from the University of Leeds and a Master of Science in Organizational Development from Middlesex University.
