Eric Gervet

Eric Gervet is a Senior Partner at Kearney, with a career that has spanned over three decades, beginning in May 1992. Eric's expertise lies in the Digital Transformation of Industries, focusing on growth strategies and transformation agendas. Eric has served in numerous leadership roles, including Lead Partner for Knowledge & Research, Lead Partner for the San Francisco office, and Lead Partner for the Consumer Industries Practice in EMEA. Notable projects include enhancing marketing effectiveness for global consumer goods companies, developing corporate business organizations, and managing post-merger integrations. In addition to Kearney, Eric served as an Advisor for Fab Co-Creation Studio Ventures from 2020 to January 2025, providing strategic guidance to startups. Eric holds a Diplomé HEC from HEC Paris and completed a Senior Executive Program at London Business School.
