Erick Anderson has extensive experience in technology and digital transformation, currently serving in Kearney Activate as part of a team focused on combining strategy and execution. Since February 2021, Erick has been instrumental in Kearney's global initiatives offering expertise in data science and systems integration. Previous roles include Manager of Digital Enablement at Cervello and Scrum Master for Data Privacy & AI Governance at MassMutual. Additionally, Erick spent nearly 14 years at Fidelity Investments in various leadership and engineering positions, alongside earlier roles as a Senior Software Engineer at CSC and ADC.
