Eva Ongeri

Eva Ongeri is a Principal at Kearney since September 2017, specializing in large-scale transformations with expertise in operating models, SG&A cost optimization, organizational design, culture, and change management. Previously, Eva held managerial and associate roles in People Operations at Betterment, a leading automated investing service, in 2015. From January 2003 to February 2013, Eva was a Partner in Labor and Employment Law at Bowmans, a premier corporate law firm in Africa. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Strategy and Management from NYU Stern School of Business, a Postgraduate Diploma in Advanced Employment Law from the University of the Witwatersrand, a Master's in International Commercial Law from the University of Nottingham, and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
