Frederic Plitt

Frederic Plitt is an accomplished manager currently at Kearney since May 2019, with a progressive career including roles as Senior Consultant and Senior Business Analyst. Prior experience includes serving as a Research Assistant in Strategic Technology Management at the Fraunhofer Institute for Production Technology IPT and an internship at Daimler AG focusing on autonomous driving research. Early career experiences also include research on biofuels at the PCFC Institute and significant internships at Volkswagen AG and FEV Consulting, where Frederic contributed to projects centered on combustion engines and future mobility solutions. Frederic holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration from RWTH Aachen University and a Bachelor of Science in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen from the same institution, along with study experience at the University of California, Davis. Academic foundations were set with an Abitur from Theodor-Heuss Gymnasium.
