Ilya Kuznetsov

Ilya Kuznetsov is currently an Associate at Kearney, a position held since October 2022. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Project Manager at EuroChem, where Ilya co-led the development of a new commercial strategy anticipated to generate over $100 million annually for the Group. Ilya presented to the Board of Directors a concept for a Combined Commercial Function that optimized net margins and redefined management reporting. Prior to EuroChem, Ilya worked as a Senior Associate at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) for three years, focusing on various sectors including industrial goods and financial institutions. Key projects included developing an economic and industrial strategy for a macroregion in South-East Russia and executing a cost optimization program for a diamond mining company. Ilya began the career journey at BCG as a Summer Intern and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Lancaster University.
