Isabel Ross

Isabel Ross is a Global Recruiting Specialist at Kearney since September 2025, previously serving as a Recruiting and Operations Coordinator at Cervello from August 2022 to September 2025. During tenure at Cervello, Isabel led global recruitment coordination, streamlined processes, and enhanced candidate experiences by designing a scalable hiring framework. Isabel organized over 20 regional employee engagement events in New York City, supported a global company summit with over 300 attendees, and managed internal marketing campaigns that reinforced brand alignment. Isabel also served as a Human Resources Analyst, focusing on marketing, operational support, event planning, and recruiting. Isabel was a student-athlete in Division 1 Women’s Lacrosse at Georgetown University, where graduation occurred in 2022. Prior education was completed at Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School from 2014 to 2018.
