John Oidtman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in clinical operations, regulatory affairs, and strategic business development. Currently serving as a Strategic Advisor at Beaconcure and a Senior Advisor at Kearney since May 2023, John also provides consultancy through JOTerp Advisory LLC and advises OnKai Inc. on clinical trial strategy. Previously, John held prominent roles at EMD Serono, Inc. as COO of R&D and SVP of Strategic Business and Development Operations, and conducted global clinical operations for Pfizer in various senior positions. Additional board expertise was gained at TransCelerate BioPharma Inc. John holds a BS in Zoology from the University of Maryland and has completed executive education programs at INSEAD and Stanford University.
