Léa Hubsch

Léa Hubsch is a Partner at Kearney in the Consumer Industries and Retail Practice, where they are passionate about driving sustainable transformation through corporate innovation and venture building. With a strong background in strategy and transformation, Léa previously held positions at BNP Paribas as an M&A Analyst and at A.T. Kearney as an Associate and Senior Consultant. They also served as a Board Member at OLY Be and held various leadership roles in venture development and investment transformation, including at Kamet Ventures. Léa earned their degrees from ESSEC Business School and Institut d'Études politiques de Strasbourg.
