Lorens Halim is the Country HR Lead for Indonesia at Kearney, where they focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion as well as compensation. With over 13 years of experience in Human Resources, Lorens began their career as a consulting analyst before transitioning into HR, holding various roles including People Advisor and ASEAN Talent Strategy Lead at Accenture. They graduated cum laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) in 2007 and are based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
