Michael Heß

Michael Heß is a Partner & Managing Director at Kearney, where they lead high-performing teams and develop strategies to address complex challenges in energy, mobility, and converging sectors. Prior to this, they served as Head of Consulting Account for Energy Retail at innogy Consulting GmbH from 2014 to 2021, where they designed and implemented strategies across the energy value chain. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Maastricht University and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Cologne, complemented by a management development program at IESE Business School.
