Nigel Andrade

Nigel Andrade is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management consulting and leadership roles. Currently serving as the Global Chair of the Strategy, Growth & Organization Transformation Practice at Kearney, Nigel has held various prominent positions within the firm since July 2013, including Senior Fellow at the Kearney Global Business Policy Council, Global Lead Partner for Kearney Ignite, and a seat on the Kearney Board of Directors. In addition to these roles, Nigel is a Non-Executive Director at UNICEF Australia and Next25, and a member of the Education Strategy and Policy Committee of the Board for Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools. Prior experience includes a tenure as Partner at McKinsey & Company from 1999 to 2013. Nigel holds a PGDM (MBA) from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Mumbai and St. Xavier's College.
