Pascal Armoudom

Pascal Armoudom is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the tourism, hospitality, and luxury sectors. As a Partner at Kearney since June 2023, Pascal drives growth and transformation initiatives across the Middle East. Previously, as Strategy Advisor to the CEO at the Events Investment Fund, Pascal focused on developing cultural and tourism infrastructure in Saudi Arabia. Pascal's prior roles include Partner at Advancy, where strategic consulting for travel and luxury sectors was a key focus, and Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer at the Public Investment Fund (PIF), overseeing strategy and innovation for the ultra-luxury Amaala project. With a professional background that spans leadership roles at Kearney, CAMUS WINES & SPIRITS, and Procter & Gamble, Pascal's expertise encompasses consumer goods, brand management, and strategic consulting. Pascal holds an MBA from ESSEC Business School and a Master’s in Business Administration from emlyon business school.
