Richard Forrest

Richard Forrest serves as Partner and Region Chair for Europe at Kearney since October 1999, driving global transformation initiatives for major corporations, including end-to-end business optimization in the lubricant sector and comprehensive cost transformations in the chemical industry. Additionally, Richard has defined corporate strategies for global energy and integrated chemical businesses, executed mergers and acquisitions in the energy sector, and integrated a multi-billion-dollar chemical enterprise. Alongside these roles, Richard holds chairmanships at EV8 Technologies and the Kearney Energy Transition Institute, as well as a board membership at Sensei Labs. Prior experiences include engineering roles at KBR and Bechtel Corporation. Richard holds an MBA from Cranfield School of Management and a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Nottingham.
