Sheldon D'Souza

Sheldon D'Souza has extensive experience in management consulting, currently serving as Principal at Kearney since November 2015, after progressing through various roles including Manager, Associate, Senior Business Analyst, and Business Analyst. Prior experience includes a role as Strategy Analyst at SCOR, where significant contributions involved analyzing global customer survey results, developing performance tracking tools for a € 6bn client portfolio, and producing presentations for senior management. Sheldon D'Souza also interned as a Strategy Analyst at Schindler Group and as a Design Engineering Intern at NextFirst Engineering Technologies, demonstrating a strong foundation in strategic analysis and engineering.
