Simon Kent is a seasoned leader in the Financial Services sector, currently serving as Co Chair of the Global Partner Selection Committee at Kearney since October 2013, where responsibility includes managing the selection of top talent for full equity Partner roles. As a Senior Partner, Simon provides strategic transformation advice to Boards and Executives across banking, insurance, and payments. Previously, Simon led the Global Financial Services Practice at Kearney, focusing on growth and cultivating a strong global culture. Prior to Kearney, experience includes serving as Managing Director at Navigant, Executive Consultant at Troika UK Limited, and Principal Consultant at PA Consulting, where Simon specialized in financial services strategy and consulting. Simon's educational background includes an ongoing Executive Leadership Development program at London Business School and a BA in Economics and Politics from Newcastle University.
