Stacy Rouse

Stacy Rouse is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as a Senior Sector Manager at Kearney since January 2025, Rouse previously held the position of Head of Human Resources at The Context Network before its acquisition by Kearney. Rouse's background includes a role as Director of Recruiting at Salesforce, where strategic partnerships with cross-functional leaders were developed to address organizational talent needs. Prior to that, Rouse spent over a decade at Elevance Health, progressing through several roles, including Talent Strategy Director, where a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy was communicated and championed. Earlier experiences include management positions at That's Good HR, Inc. and Target Corporation, as well as an internship at Ice Miller. Rouse holds a B.A. in Sociology with a focus on Organizational Leadership and Supervision from Purdue University.
