Tania Rassi

Tania Rassi is a Manager at Kearney, specializing in leading organization transformation projects in the Middle East, particularly in end-to-end operating model design. With a strong background in business development and team leadership, Tania has previously served as an Associate Principal at Korn Ferry, where responsibilities included managing operating model and organization design projects, as well as enhancing internal collaboration.
