Frank Fields

Frank Fields is a retired leader with extensive experience in educational and military roles, most notably serving as the Senior Vice President (Chair) at the Air War College, where they provided executive leadership and transformed teams into high-performing units. Fields' career in the U.S. Air Force included positions such as CEO of the 15th Special Operations Squadron and COO of the 437th Operations Group, where they demonstrated a commitment to organizational culture change and operational excellence. Currently, Fields is a Senior Consultant at Kearney & Company, specializing in the implementation of the Defense Enterprise Accounting and Management System (DEAMS). Fields earned multiple advanced degrees from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and the Naval Postgraduate School, underscoring their dedication to continuous learning and leadership development.
