Joe Schaefer is a Senior Consultant at Kearney & Company, having started in December 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Commandant/Commander at the Defense Language Institute English Language Center from June 2021 to May 2024 and as an Instructor in the Leader Development Course at The Air University from June 2019 to June 2021.
