Jean Leonard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and management within the federal financial services sector. Currently a Principal at Kearney & Company since 2010, Jean focuses on new business development and customer relationship support while leading financial services operations. In addition to this role, Jean has been actively involved in the Retired Volunteer Program since August 2018, teaching at the Computer Core and Fairfax Study Buddy Program. With a history of leadership roles, including Board Member at Women In Technology and positions at QinetiQ North America, Northrop, and DynCorp, Jean has consistently contributed to the success of organizations in the technology and federal contracting fields. Jean holds a Master’s degree in Telecommunications from The George Washington University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Fairfield University.
