Vikas Bhandari has extensive work experience in the IT industry. Vikas is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Keasis, a company focused on transforming the way the IT world acquires talent. Vikas also holds the roles of President and Vice President of Sales at Viraaj Ventures. Prior to this, they were the AVP -Client Delivery at Global Talent Resources LLC, Head Of Operations at Tackle-Consulting, and Account Manager at Technology Resource Group Inc. Vikas began their career as BUISNESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE at Cavalier IT Inc. in 2012.

Vikas Bhandari obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Hotel/Motel Administration/Management from Hansraj Senior Secondary School between 2008 and 2009.
