Our customers work globally, for example in the plastics machinery, recycling, woodworking, logistics, and textile machinery industries. We have special products and processes in the automotive, electromobility and wind energy sectors as well.

In 1972, namesake Karl-Ernst Brinkmann founded the company in Barntrup (East Westphalia) with six employees. As a family business we rely on "Made in Germany"​ and our home region. This includes local networking with schools and colleges. With nine subsidiaries and representatives in more than 30 countries, KEB Automation designs solutions for mechanical and plant engineering - following our guideline "Automation with Drive"​.
