Sam Elder is a Lead Machine Learning Scientist at Kebotix since November 2018. Prior to this role, Sam worked as a Data Science Fellow at Insight Data Science from September to November 2018. Sam also has experience as a Graduate Student Researcher at Massachusetts Institute of Technology from August 2012 to August 2018. Sam holds a PhD in Applied Mathematics from MIT and a BS in Mathematics and Chemistry from Caltech. Sam has a strong background in developing forecasting models and cross-validation methods to improve accuracy and decision-making for businesses.
