We built the system we wished we had when we were building our own companies: a single, high-conviction partner designed for one purpose - creating durable value at maximum velocity.

Three Pillars Under One Roof
Keen Fund 💰 – Deploy capital into solid, cash-flowing companies ready for a tech-infused growth spurt.
Keen Co/efficient ⚙️ – Custom built AI & automation platform that rewires operations for speed, accuracy, and profit.
Keen OS 🧭 – A living playbook of GTM tactics, growth frameworks, and operator talent that scales businesses into market leaders.

Invest → Automate → Scale → Reinvest.

Keen Fund is a micro-private-equity fund purpose-built to help under-the-radar B2B service businesses cross the generational chasm and scale with confidence. We buy control stakes in founder-owned companies, then apply a hands-on operator playbook to lift margins, modernise operations and ignite organic growth.

Keen Co/efficient. For decision makers who need to make AI an operational reality, not just a boardroom topic, Keen Co/efficient is the Enterprise Automation Engine. We integrate with your team to build, deploy, and manage the systems that deliver measurable impact, fusing our expertise with yours to build a truly Autonomous Enterprise. A business where core processes are not just automated but are intelligent, self-optimizing, and managed by a symphony of human and AI agents.

Keen OS is a repeatable GTM playbook that fuses narrative, product, and revenue into a single motion.
