Keenan Matthews is a boutique advisory and executive search firm operating at the convergence of public and private markets — providing independent leadership advisory and executive search to boards, CEOs, CIOs, and capital formation teams on both sides of the capital table.

Leadership Advisory
An assembled panel of former institutional CIOs and senior operators providing independent governance, portfolio construction, and strategic counsel. No asset management. No conflicts. Built for inflection points, not just mandates.

Executive Search
Board, C-suite, and senior investment, distribution, and product leadership across private markets — private equity, infrastructure, credit, and real assets — and the pensions, insurers, sovereigns, asset managers, and wealth platforms that allocate to them.

We also offer pipeline development for clients who want to stay ahead of their next hire. We know who's listening, even if they're not looking.

Leadership is capital. We help you forecast, align, and deploy it.
