Keener Management was founded in 1984 to manage the rental apartment properties developed by Keener-Squire Properties. By focusing on managing buildings it owns, Keener Management provides its residents with the very best in customer service and accountability.

Keener Management currently manages over 2,000 apartments in 16 buildings, ranging in size from 19 apartments to 304 apartments.

Quality. Service. Integrity.

Keener Management was founded on these three principles, which continue to guide the company today.

Quality: We invest tremendous amounts of time, energy and money to maintain our apartment buildings at the highest standards.
Service: Our 80+ employees work hard every day to provide our residents with excellent customer service. From our building maintenance team through our management team, we are here to serve our residents in a courteous and professional manner.
Integrity: Our dedication to integrity is all-consuming. We spend a great deal of time thinking about the right way, the ethical way, to resolve any issues that arise. We pride ourselves on treating our residents as we would like to be treated.

Our goal is to create the best possible environment for our residents – a wonderful home with a first-class staff that works hard every day to put our principles into practice.
