The key to successful AI adoption? Humans.

Organizations are racing to integrate AI — but most are skipping the hardest part: deciding who's actually in charge of the decisions AI is making.

Keep it Human is a boutique consulting firm that helps companies put the right structures, policies, and decision rights in place — before AI outpaces their ability to manage it.

We work with CEOs, CTOs, and senior leadership teams to:
🔍 Map how AI is actually being used across the organization — including the tools no one's tracking
📋 Build the governance frameworks that keep humans in control of high-stakes decisions
⚡ Close the gap between AI ambition and operational readiness

We also deliver hands-on workshops and product operating model transformation for teams navigating the intersection of AI, product strategy, and organizational change.

30 years of Fortune 500 operating experience across media, retail, pharma, financial services, healthcare, and the performing arts — combined with deep expertise in how technology decisions actually get made inside complex organizations.

Your AI strategy is only as strong as the human systems behind it.
