Josh Jones has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Josh is currently working at Keep Supply as a Salesforce Administrator & Business Analyst, where they are responsible for building the Salesforce org from scratch and implementing various solutions. Prior to this, Josh worked at Enactus United States as a Senior Regional Program Manager and Team Recruitment, where they led nationwide university recruitment efforts and managed relationships with active accounts. Josh also held the role of Regional Program Manager at Enactus, where they managed the progress of multiple teams across multiple states. Before that, they worked at Missouri Sun Solar as an LED Lighting Specialist, where they focused on developing sales, pricing strategies, and market strategies for LED lighting. Josh also worked at Mercy as a Sustainability Program Manager, overseeing various sustainability initiatives across a large health system. Josh has also held positions at Scipio Services Co. Ltd. as the Director of Marketing, Renew Missouri as a Clean Energy Coordinator, Drury University as the Director of Drury SIFE, and Green Corps as a Grassroots Organizer. Throughout their career, Josh has demonstrated skills in sales, program management, marketing, and sustainability.

Josh Jones has a Master's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Entrepreneurship from Drury University, which they obtained from 2008 to 2010. Prior to their Master's degree, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing at the same university, from 2002 to 2007. In 2018, they pursued additional certifications and completed various programs at Trailhead by Salesforce, including the Business Administration Specialist, Lightning Experience Reports & Dashboards Specialist, and Security Specialist certifications. In 2022 and 2023, they obtained further certifications in Flow Administration, Flow Optimization, and Flow Fundamentals Superbadge Unit, all from Trailhead by Salesforce.
