Fernand Baldonado, PhD.c, PMP, is a cybersecurity and project management professional with extensive experience in managing IT projects and operations. Previously, Fernand held various roles, including Cyber Intrusion Analyst at Leidos and Senior IT Project Manager at Innovative Management Concepts, where they led risk assessments and cybersecurity initiatives.
