James Pickard

James Pickard is a revenue leader with a passion for scaling high-growth software companies and a strong interest in cybersecurity. They began their career as a General Laborer at York Saw & Knife Co., Inc. and later transitioned to sales roles at companies such as Aflac and Ansarada. At Keeper Security, Inc., James progressed from Senior Account Executive to Senior Enterprise Account Manager, ultimately becoming the Manager of Enterprise Customer Success, where they coach and support Customer Success Managers while enhancing customer experience. They hold a Bachelor's Degree in Entrepreneurship from the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago.
