Ashim Roy is currently an advisor at KeeperAI. Prior to that, they worked at Cognizant for 19 years, where they were a Global Client Partner for Large Financial Client. In this role, they were responsible for delivering significant portfolio with growth year over year, as well as managing a business KPIs for driving strategy & execution for large scale global programs for a leading Global Bank. Ashim was also responsible for elevating transformation for Corporate, Compliance & Firm-Wide Risk Functions.

During their time at Cognizant, Ashim was also a digital transformation leader & enterprise strategy evangelist with a consistently proven record to drive global digital initiatives that enable the business to revolutionize their offerings. Ashim partnered to bring omnichannel digital experience, and gain a competitive market advantage across the digital stack, including AI/ML, UI/UX, Big Data, Cloud, IoT & Blockchain.

Ashim's extensive experience in partnering with global teammates, cross-functional leaders within the organization and product ecosystem in the industry helped him to structure and execute strategic initiatives to unlock the business value. Their success with multi-year & repeatable solutions with a wide range of operating model including managed service, gainsharing and outcome earned him a trusted advisory relationship with C-Level's across Business, Technology & Operations.

Ashim also partnered to manage Blockchain production platform & generated non-linear revenue through a network operating, new service & hosting. Ashim conceptualized analytical process engineering framework by leveraging Digital enablers. In addition, Ashim leveraged their extensive working knowledge of the front, middle and back office business within Corporate Investment Banking to advise on building Payment platform and wholesale client onboarding platform including KYC functions.

Throughout their career, Ashim has partnered within and outside of the organization on different technologies, ranging from heritage, mainframe-based platforms to emerging solutions in areas such as blockchain, advanced analytics, cloud services & robotics.

Ashim Roy's educational career includes the 6 Months Emerging Partner Program at Harvard University, followed by a Relationship Management Field Of Study Business Communication, Negotiation and Presentation Skills at Carnegie Mellon University - Tepper School of Business. Ashim then pursued a PGDBA in Finance at Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and completed their BE in Electronics & Comm. at Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur.
