Our award-winning signature FitCamp™ program guides women through a variety of workouts to feel strong & fit. It is an intimate and community-focused environment for women to feel supported, committed, accountable, and focused on their fitness journey. Locations in Durham Region and Toronto, with additional virtual options available.

Our unique StrollerFit program is designed to encourage and support new mothers transitioning back into fitness after birth. Workouts are created and facilitated by postpartum fitness experts to be effective yet gentle. Moms are encouraged to bring their babies into our safe, welcoming and judgement-free environment.
