Stina Bach

Stina Bach has over 20 years of experience in customer success roles. Stina is currently the Head of Customer Success at Keepit, a company that specializes in data protection and management for SaaS data. Prior to that, they worked as a Customer Growth Manager at Keepit. Stina was also a Regional Operations Manager at APSIS from 2019 to 2021. Stina served as the Head of Customer Success at SpotOn Marketing from 2015 to 2019. Stina's earlier roles include Project Manager positions at TERMINALERNE and TAP1, as well as a Coordinator + Distribution role at FROM MAGAZINE. Before that, they worked at Berlingske Media as a Supervisor and Service Partner. Stina started their career as a Personal Assistant to a Marketing Consultant and also volunteered at DUGNAD Vesterbro.

Stina Bach obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communication, Danish Literature, and Media from Roskilde University in the years 2005 to 2008. Stina then pursued a Cand. Comm degree in Danish Literature and Media at the same university from 2008 to 2011.
