Taras Dovhalets has a diverse work experience starting in 2015 with Zoom Support, where they held various roles such as Computer Technical Specialist, Technical Support Team Lead, Senior Customer Support, and Quality Assurance (Support). Taras then moved on to Kromtech in 2018, where they served as the Manager of Customer Experience. In 2019, Taras joined Clario Tech as the Manager of Customer Experience, responsible for bringing change to the digital security industry. Currently, in 2021, they are working as the Customer Support Team Lead at Keepit.

Taras Dovhalets completed their education at the National University of Water Management and Natural Resources Use from 2009 to 2014. Taras obtained a Bachelor's degree in Geoinformation Technologies and also a Master's degree.
